COVID GUIDELINES
We hope that you are safe and well. Due to the small size of our company and the health and safety of our guests and staff remaining our top priority, our shop is open on a limited basis. In order to maintain an environment that is as safe as possible, appointments will be made for pickups and drop offs only.
To schedule a repair with our team, please visit https://fodera.com/pages/repairs. Any sales related questions or appointments should go through Mike at info@fodera.com.
When scheduling a time to visit Fodera please note:
○ Appointments are permitted for transactions only (ie: picking up or ordering)
○ Please bring no more than one person with you
○ Masks are required in the shop at all times
○ Contactless temperature will be taken upon arrival and guests will be asked to wash their hands
○ Guests will be limited to the 'guest entrance' area if/when possible
○ Social distancing is encouraged
○ For longer appointments, guests will be asked to wait offsite
○ Please postpone or reschedule if you have tested positive for COVID-19, are waiting for COVID-19 test results, have COVID-19 symptoms, or if you have had close contact with a person who has tested positive for or who has symptoms of COVID-19.
