Neck Processer

Fodera Guitars has an immediate opening for someone with experience in neck and fretboard processing. This is a full-time position in a creative, fast-paced, manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, carving and sanding necks and processing fret boards (PLEK operation, inlay installation, fret board hand surfacing, fret installation) while staying on schedule. Other duties, tasks and projects may be assigned at the discretion of management. 

Detailed Description

Must be highly motivated, posses integrity and strong work ethic, and demonstrate personal initiative, a positive attitude, and be dependable. Must be adaptable, have a good sense of priority, measurements and processes, excellent problem solving skills, an eye for detail. Turning out consistently excellent work, possessing clear communication skills, being punctual, a team player, and personal organization are a must. 

Position requires utilization of hand and powered tools. Must have experience with PLEK, drill press, hand held dremel, precision drilling with hand held drill and will be required to use a band saw, flat bed and edge sanders, glue presses and clamps,  and dust collection system.
