Michael AlbrondaWhen he was 13, Michael Albronda's mother gave him his first bass for his birthday and he has been hooked ever since. He studied privately with various teachers as well as learning pop hits off the radio.

He then fell under the influence of bassist, Stanley Clark. It changed Michael's perception of the instrument completely. It forced Michael to really take a look and listen to many great bass players, who he never knew existed. As time went by, he tried to incorporate these influences into his own style.

Then at 20 years old, he picked up the 6 string bass, after seeing Anthony Jackson, playing on television. The instrument helped him expand his creativity and further his playing. Since then, he's been in various original bands, has done studio work and has been playing the club scene.

In conclusion, he would like what any other bass player like himself would want to stay true to his art, keep his mind open to all styles of music and above all else, land the ultimate gig.
