The Anthony Jackson Presentation 6-String Contrabass Guitar represents the finest expression of our long and happy collaboration with our dear friend and bassist extraordinaire, Mr. Anthony Jackson. It has been a special privilege to work side by side with Anthony throughout the years. Our relationship has yielded many trend setting innovations including the first ever single cutaway bass which was designed for him in 1988 and has since sparked a revolution, influencing many contemporary designers and builders.
The idea behind the Presentation Model is a superlative instrument that produces rich complex tones, and superb response without the aid of electronic circuitry. Each Presentation Bass is powered by a single proprietary, handcrafted humbucking pickup which is wired directly to an output jack. Each Presentation Bass is crafted from the finest tone woods from our large inventory of highly select and aged material. No effort is spared in the creation of each and every one of them!
